Shipping policy

Delivery estimates range from 2 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on your location. This excludes weekends and Indian public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation along with the tracking details.

There may be unavoidable delays beyond our control in certain situations, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Unforeseen external events

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or PIN code

  • Delivery attempted but the recipient was unavailable

Shipping Charges within India:

  • Order value above ₹5000 – Free Shipping

  • Order value below ₹5000 – ₹100 Shipping charge

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available only for selected PIN codes within India. A partial payment may be required at the time of placing the order.

A COD handling fee of ₹150 will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.

Please note that COD charges are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.
