Refund policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Requests for return or exchange will be accepted only once per order and are applicable only to products marked as returnable or exchangeable.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The received size does not fit

  • You received an incomplete or incorrect order

  • The product is defective or tampered

In case of exchange, you may choose:

  • The same item in a different size or color (subject to availability), or

  • Any other item of equal or higher value

If the selected item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • All labels and tags must remain intact

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Requests made outside the 3-day return window will not be accepted

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.

After successful quality check, the refund will be issued in the form of a discount coupon within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • The refund coupon will be equal to the product value only

  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Gift vouchers

  • COD handling charges

  • Orders requested after the return period

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items returned with stains, damage, or signs of use

  • Products damaged due to improper use or incorrect wash care

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
Instead, a discount coupon equal to the product value will be sent to the customer’s registered email after the returned item is approved.
